When it comes to washing and drying clothes, we’ve come a long way over time. Can you imagine using a washer ringer and then hanging everything out to dry or to bleach? And perhaps you’ve been fortunate enough to think about upgrading to that front load titanium set you’ve been eyeing up. But did you know that the front load washer and dryers also have pedestals that are purchased separately with a fairly hefty pricetag?
Here are a couple of fabulous “do-it-yourself” ideas that are not only completely appealing in design, but super inexpensive as well!

The great thing about these ideas is that you can take the design and completely make it your own. Any family with tons of laundry can appreciate the individual baskets for separating colors, darks and whites, a great way to make children not only learn laundry basics but be responsible for their share of the work as well. Another great perk is that it’s a simple project that pretty much anyone can complete. Happy sorting!
